Nigerian forward Ademola Lookman stole the headlines by clinching the coveted CAF Men’s Player of the Year Award, succeeding his compatriot, Victor Osimhen. Lookman’s electrifying form for both club and country throughout the year earned him the prestigious honour.
In the women’s category, Zambia’s Barbra Banda claimed the CAF Women’s Player of the Year Award, a testament to her incredible consistency and impact on the pitch.
