  • Maintenance support
  • Flexibility across projects

Overview Of Tuboshu Models Available In Africa

Tuboshu offers a broad range of heavy equipment designed to serve different construction and industrial needs across Africa. The lineup is distributed through HMD Group and covers excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, forklifts, motor graders, and other site support machines.

Excavator Range

The Tuboshu excavator lineup covers a wide range of operating weights to match different project scales. The TX220 series is one of the most widely used models, available in three configurations — CS (Crawler Standard), MS (Mud Shoe), and QS — each offering a 22-ton operating weight and a 0.9 m³ bucket capacity. The CS and QS variants use a 600 mm track width, while the MS variant uses an 800 mm track width for improved stability on soft ground.

For heavier earthmoving, the TX330 series steps up to a 33-ton operating weight with a 1.6 m³ bucket capacity. Like the TX220, it comes in both MS (800 mm track) and QS (600 mm track) variants. The TX400 is a 40-ton machine with a 1.9 m³ bucket capacity and 600 mm tracks, designed for high productivity on demanding sites. The TX530 handles 53-ton work with a 3.1 m³ bucket capacity, while the TX800 reaches 80 tons and a 5 m³ bucket for large-scale earthmoving operations. At the top of the range, the TX1000 and TX1300 are purpose-built for mining and major infrastructure. The TX1000 weighs 100 tons with a 6.5 m³ bucket, and the TX1300 reaches 130 tons with an 8 m³ bucket capacity, both using 650 mm wide tracks for firm contact on challenging ground.

Bulldozers And Ground Clearing Equipment

Tuboshu also offers track-type bulldozers for site clearing, levelling, and pushing operations. The TD220-S is a 220 HP hydraulic bulldozer powered by a reliable Cummins engine. It features a three-shank ripper, air-conditioned cab, and an enlarged radiator for enhanced cooling in hot climates. This makes it especially practical for African job sites where high temperatures and long working hours are common. The TD320-S is the larger option in the bulldozer range, designed for heavier dozing and ripping work on tougher ground.

Wheel Loaders And Support Machines

The Tuboshu wheel loader range supports material handling work on construction sites, quarries, and industrial yards. Models available include the TW320-H, TW640-SI, TW750-SI, and TW1060-SI. The TW640-SI, for example, provides a 4.0 m³ bucket capacity with a 6,500 kg rated load, making it capable of handling bulk materials efficiently. The range covers light to heavy loading tasks and is built to perform reliably in high-dust and high-temperature environments.

Additional Equipment For Site Operations

Beyond excavators and earthmoving machines, Tuboshu provides a wider selection of equipment for site and warehouse operations. The forklift range includes the TF30D-H, TF30E-H, TF30G-H, TF50D-H, and TF50E-H models, covering both diesel and electric options for different lifting needs. The TG220-S motor grader is available for road grading and levelling work. The PROMIX 45 is a self-loading concrete mixer designed for projects that need on-site concrete batching without a central plant. For sites operating at night or in low-visibility conditions, the TTL12-E tower light provides mobile lighting support. Together, these models give contractors the ability to equip a full job site using a single brand with consistent support and spare parts availability.

Conclusion

African contractors are choosing equipment that supports their work simply and practically. Purpose-built machines like Tuboshu are gaining attention because they offer a good balance between quality, performance, and cost.
