Dala Dala [Vanguard]

Dala Dala, the first Hausa series produced by Africa Magic, debuted on February 13th, 2023. Africa Magic is a group of TV entertainment stations that has been running for about 2 decades and specializes in African content, most notably Nigerian TV shows and films.

The indigenous series, created by Africa Magic, tells the tale of Farouk, who struggles with his conscience after receiving $120,000 from his close friend Hamisu, to hold in secret, but the friend is killed, and  he is compelled to make a rapid choice because a lurking, invisible foe is endangering his family and life.

Speaking about the launch, Mr. Tope Oshunkeye, Executive Head of Marketing for MultiChoice Nigeria, said ‘Dala Dala’ is another excellent local production that would delight viewers while teaching them valuable lessons.

Dala Dala is an interesting indigenous series that tells a captivating story of money in relation to human values and how these values are put to a test in the face of temptation. This is another local production that reflects our high-quality standards at MultiChoice. The entire twenty-six episodes of this series will surely provide life lessons and entertainment to GOtv customers.

Dala Dala airs on Africa Magic Hausa (GOtv Channel 4) every Monday at 8pm and it is opened to GOtv Jolli, Max and Supa subscribers.
