Now streaming on Bolaji Ogunmola TV on YouTube, A Forever With Numbered Days is the kind of romantic drama that throws your emotions into a blender and hits purée.

Produced by Bolaji Ogunmola, this film gives a glimpse of what happens when the love you buried returns on the very day you’re trying to give your heart to someone else.

Plot

The film opens with a haunting image: a lone woman walking at night, shaken and disoriented, and running from something. This woman is later revealed to be Bami, the love of Uvo’s past, who disappeared under heartbreaking circumstances.

Uvo is a movie director, well-known and well-loved. He’s moved on from his missing fiancée, Bami, who was kidnapped three years ago and was declared dead. Life gave him a second chance at love, this time with April, Bami’s best friend. They’re madly in love, secretly planning a quiet courthouse wedding. The day finally comes, April’s in full glam, and Uvo gets a call that his fiancée was involved in an accident.

He rushes to the hospital, heart pounding, only to find not April, but Bami, the woman he thought was long dead. The same woman he once couldn’t imagine life without.

Turns out, Bami was kidnapped and trafficked. For three years, she was trapped in a brutal world of drug and arms smuggling. Her reappearance is not only shocking; it’s emotionally paralysing. While Uvo tries to make sense of this second chance, April is left reeling in the shadows, too guilty to face Bami and too devastated to feel secure in her love.

In a panic, Uvo removes all evidence of April from his home and tells Bami he’s been waiting for her. Yes, he lies, because he doesn’t even know what the truth is anymore. April, meanwhile, has her bombshell brewing: she’s pregnant.

Trying to stay out of Bami’s way, April keeps her distance until Bami, strong-willed and gracious, reaches out. She visits April, unaware of the affair, and the two women have a touching moment of reconnection, awkward, yes, but honest. But secrets have short lifespans.

One fateful evening, Bami invites Uvo, April, and his friends for dinner. When April hesitates to drink wine, the truth spills that she’s pregnant, and it’s Uvo’s baby. The room falls into stunned silence. Bami, blindsided, is forced to hear the full story of how April and Uvo grieved together, leaned on each other, and slowly fell in love.

Now, she has a choice: fight for the love that once was or free herself from a love triangle born out of grief and confusion.
